  • UNDERSTANDING THE BRIEF

    We establish dialogue and take time to understand our partners requirements, both in terms of geography and specific housing need

  • SITE ACQUISITION

    We skilfully source and acquire land to meet these affordable housing demands and needs. We formulate offers to purchase land opportunities and conclude the negotiation with the landowner. This involves detailed dialogue with designers, engineers, solicitors, supply chain, local authority planners and solicitors.

  • DESIGN & PLANNING

    We carefully select and appoint appropriate design professionals, with full input from our partners. We manage the entire project design development through pre-construction concept and scheme design stages. There are many stakeholders involved in the planning process and our team have the appropriate experience needed to coordinate the wide variety of needs/views to bring about a successful conclusion to the planning and pre-construction processes.

  • BUILDING

    Our team has vast experience of constructing both housing and apartment developments. We engage with our trusted supply to ensure that the entire build process is lean and effective and ultimate product delivery is successful. Glenesk Homes takes its site responsibilities seriously. Health & safety is our core priority. We believe everyone has a right to return home safely every day and a duty to take care of themselves and those around them. No other matter – commercial or operational – takes precedence over the health and safety of those involved in or affected by our activities.

  • QUALITY, COST & TIME

    We understand the importance of achieving best value and delivering to timescales. We have robust costing and programming systems in place to ensure that we deliver to our partners key criteria on specification, quality, cost and time. Prior to handover, all homes will be inspected and checked by Directors of the business to ensure our high standards of quality are always adhered to.

  • HANDOVER AND AFTER-CARE

    We recognise the stresses strains that tenants can be under during a move and so we make sure our personal and friendly team members are available to discuss all the aspects of their new home. Our move-in packs are easy to follow and should enable every tenant to operate their home in the most efficient manner possible. We are also aware that questions sometimes do not arise until the homes have been lived in for a period and our after-care support is available to our partners to settle their tenants quickly and comfortably.
